These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of abaquacoffee.com and any purchase you make from FORLEMS LLC, doing business as Abaqua Coffee (“Abaqua Coffee”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We describe our coffee as accurately as possible. Colors and packaging in photos may vary slightly. Roast, origin and blend details are listed on each product page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

Shipping

Please see our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier.

Wholesale and bulk orders

Bulk bags (10kg, 25kg, 50kg) and private-label or trade orders may have separate terms agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

The Abaqua Coffee name, logo, text and images on this site belong to FORLEMS LLC and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies.
